Eve Online
Your laser fires, filling your Eve Online ship with hums while drifting through an asteroid field. In the cockpit you look through your window to see pack of drones mining the precious ore on the nearest mining site. During the mining you get your hands on something amazing, You get your hands on some blue prints that you know will make you rich beyond your wildest dreams. Suddenly your ship sensors sound an alarm, warning you of two incoming hostile ships. You work quickly to make your escape and call in your mining drones as you realize the ships coming in belong to rival corporation. Your ship shakes violently at the first hit from enemy ship’s fire, you curse at the enemy as one of them stops you from warping away. Continuously calling for help you engage all your engines and afterburners trying to escape the enemy. Your ship continues to take heavy fire as your set out through the asteroid belt, as you start to lose hope, then a sudden a smirk comes on your face as your radar shows 5 ships heading your way belonging to your Eve Online Corporation. One of them breaks away from the group and starts guiding you back to the station for repairs while other four engage in a battle with the rival ships and a bloody battle begins.
This is the world of EVE Online. In the game there is an endless expanse of space which stretch before you and opportunities are always present for those who are 
willing to risk their lives, limbs and ships to gain achievement of their goals. You can choose the path of the solo player where everything matters on you, yourself, or you can choose to join a corporation and cooperate with others players to spread your power throughout the Galaxy. You will find a lot of things to do in game. The major portion of the game is on combat, especially Player Vs Player (PVP), but there is also room for those who want a peaceful lifestyle. Mining, trading or warfare there will always be something to keep you having fun in the game.
Most of your game time will be spent earning money in the game and this can be done in many different ways. The simplest way to earn is open to all players through missions. When you start the game you are ranked as a starting agent at 
your school and you need to do your initial training. Training missions are not only to help you learn about the game and provide you starting money to get you going for the road of bigger and better in game life style. Once you finish the training mission you are made a new agent contact, and you gain more rank as you progress and soon be on your journey all over the universe completing different types of missions and jobs.
Unlike other MMORPGs, one of the most interesting things in the game is that players have the ability to make their own missions for other players to take on. These can be simple delivery missions or hunting down other players and collecting a bounty for killing them.
The game also has it’s down side. The economy is completely player driven which can make finding items and equipment you need at very high prices which you can’t afford. Also, you have a character that is extremely customizable from the color of 
your hair to the color of your eyes but a lot of time will be spent staring at your ship and ships of other players, making the environment a bit generic to play in. This helps in keeping down the graphical complexities for the game but it does tend to make things rather boring after a while. It would have be nice to have a character have to walk around inside some stations than simply interacting with everything through a menu. Also there are not many Non Player Controlled (NPC) ships to battle with, except for the pirates hiding in the asteroid fields. Your only real option for combat is fighting other players, which can be a big downside for those that want the excitement of a battle in space without having to kill themselves for it.
